The Programme Administrator will join Pertemps London in a full-time, temporary role based in London, offering £19.92 per hour.

This position involves providing administrative and organisational support across multiple projects, meetings, and academy workstreams.

Working closely with senior leaders, members, and internal teams, the successful candidate will ensure smooth programme delivery and efficient daily operations.

The Role

You’ll provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support across projects, meetings and academy workstreams.

Working closely with senior leaders, members and internal teams, you’ll help ensure smooth delivery of programmes and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Project & programme support across multiple workstreams
  • Diary, travel and expenses coordination
  • Meeting administration including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Financial admin such as processing invoices, expenses and bookings
  • Stakeholder communication with staff, members and external partners
  • Supporting CRM use, document formatting and internal processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative systems

Experience

  • Strong background in administrative roles
  • Confident building relationships at all levels
  • Experience improving admin processes
  • Excellent customer service skills

Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Planning & prioritisation under tight deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and support multiple projects
  • Minute‑taking and meeting support
