- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and tax planning.
- Advise individuals and families on complex estates and high net worth matters, particularly succession planning and estate administration.
- Handle complex trust matters, supporting high net worth clients with advanced estate strategies.
- Develop expertise in trusts and estate planning while working within a collaborative and client‑centric environment.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2years’ post‑qualification experience.
- Strong technical expertise in wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and tax planning.
- Experience managing a broad private client caseload and advising on complex trust matters.
- Excellent communication and client‑care skills, plus a proactive, commercially aware approach.
