Perform High Availability (HA) and Load Balanced environment installations. Use Siemens Deployment Centre for installation, upgrades, and environment management across TCUA 12/13+ versions. Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication/authorization configurations. Manage environments within a Windows-based infrastructure, including PowerShell automation.

General scripting experience using Python (e.g., data transformation, utilities) and PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Integrations & Migrations: Develop, configure, and support integrations between Teamcenter and Oracle ERP systems. Enhance and maintain migration scripts to support changes in requirements and solution design such as IPS upload, PLMXML, CSV2TCXML, Python. Support migrations from legacy PLM systems (e.g., TCE) into TCUA using industry standard transformation/scripting tools.
- Support, Testing & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with business SMEs, testers, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective use of Teamcenter. Analyse, diagnose, and resolve issues, including engaging Siemens for product-level defects. Participate in performance testing, load testing, and system tuning activities. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and wider IT teams to maintain compliance with security-hardening requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant experience configuring and customising Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture (TCUA / Active Workspace).
- Strong hands-on experience with BMIDE configuration, ITK programming, and data load and import/export mechanisms (e.g., IPS, PLMXML when required).
- In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as Workflow Designer, Security Management using Access Manager, Change Management including Effectivity management, Component & Classification Management, and Manufacturing Planning.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP platforms such as Oracle.

- Ability to work in security-classified or hardened IT environments.
Desirable Skills:

- Experience with the Siemens Teamcenter Integration Framework (TIF).
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.
