Manpower UK is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a night shift position at a production facility in Perth & Kinross. This temporary role offers a consistent Monday to Thursday working pattern from 20:30 to 07:00, providing long weekends. The hourly rate is £13.46 plus a 30% shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures and manufacturing instructions at all times.
- Complete production documentation accurately in line with quality system requirements.
- Operate and monitor production equipment, including conveyors and packaging machinery.
- Read and interpret work orders to prepare materials and set up production lines.
- Carry out quality checks on materials, products, and packaging throughout the process.
- Fill, seal, label, and package finished goods according to specification.
- Adjust quantities and monitor product weights to ensure accuracy.
- Support equipment setup, validation, and production changeovers.
- Perform line clearance duties, including material reconciliation and disposal.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas in line with GMP and ISO standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including PPE requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or similar environments.
- Essential: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Physical Requirements
- Stand and move for extended periods during shift.
- Manual handling, including bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg) occasionally.
- Comfortable working with production equipment and hand tools.
- Must be willing to wear PPE and follow site safety and hygiene rules.
