Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex pensions mandates and projects.
- Develop and maintain client relationships across the pensions spectrum.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across employment, corporate, banking and dispute resolution teams.
- Contribute to strategic business development initiatives regionally and nationally.
- Provide commercial and technical expertise in trustee and employer advisory work.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on transactions and projects.
Candidate Profile
- Established experience as a Pensions Partner, Legal Director, Senior Associate or Counsel.
- Demonstrable track record of developing business and managing client relationships.
- Extensive experience advising on a broad range of pensions matters.
- Strong technical expertise across trustee and employer advisory work.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience leading transactions, projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ambition to contribute to the growth and direction of a successful practice.
- A portable following is advantageous but not essential for candidates able to demonstrate a clear business case and growth strategy.
