Class 1 Driver- Nights in Penrith

Overview

Manpower UK is seeking a Class 1 Driver - Nights to join the team in Penrith, working at the Kirkby Thore site on a contract with British Gypsum.

This temporary role offers up to £17.70 per hour, with shifts running Monday to Friday from 5pm, typically lasting 10-11 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles, safely transporting stock loads along a route from Kirkby Thore to Sherburn near Leeds, then down to the Midlands and back.
• Move stock loads around the network, dropping and swapping trailers which are all preloaded and strapped.
• Drive the latest equipment and operate to FORS Gold level safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid LGV CE licence
• An up-to-date CPC and DIGI card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DD, DR or IN endorsements on your licence
