We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Temporary Membership Administrator to join a well-respected membership organisation to support their Membership Services Team. This attractive interim role will offer a hybrid working model, pay an attractive hourly rate, and will provide an opportunity for a keen, positive candidate to expand their existing administration exposure.
- To process applications for membership, telephone and online, in accordance with the client''s Rules and Regulations.
- To correspond with members concerning their membership status.
- To liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues in the department.
- To undertake such other duties as the General Secretary and Head of Department may reasonably require.
- Experience in using Microsoft® applications to a level that ensures the effective fulfillment of the role.
- Experience in accurately inputting and extracting data from a database.
- Ability to work on own initiative within the parameters of the role.
