Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring all pre‑employment checks and onboarding steps are completed accurately and professionally before candidates commence work.
- Monitor attendance, track absences, and organise backfills or shift cover as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate staff and holiday trackers, ensuring data integrity across all records.
- Utilise internal systems to record and manage candidate records, timesheets, holiday bookings, and clock‑in/clock‑out data.
- Provide precise data for payroll processing and assist in generating operational reports such as headcount and attendance summaries.
- Address day‑to‑day issues raised by temporary workers or site managers, including pay queries, absence management, and general support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, account managers, and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills with a can‑do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, and excellent email communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to occasional travel between local sites and flexible working hours.
- Experience in recruitment administration or a similar administrative role is desirable.
