Overview
Manpower UK is seeking a Part Time Onsite Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Blackpool (FY4), working within a manufacturing environment.
This temporary, ongoing role requires 20-25 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with a fixed pattern agreed in advance between 07:00 and 19:00.
Compensation of £13.33 per hour, depending on experience, plus a quarterly performance bonus.
About the
Role: This is a standalone, part-time onsite role where you’ll be the primary onsite contact at a key client site, managing recruitment and workforce support from onboarding to day-to-day HR operations.
You’ll be expected to organise your own time, manage priorities, and make decisions independently.
Full training will be provided, with ongoing remote support from your Client Account Manager.
This is a fully onsite role with a fixed weekly pattern agreed in advance to ensure reliable onsite coverage.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinating inductions and setting up new starters
- Acting as the main onsite contact for workers and the client
- Handling attendance, welfare, and employee relations matters
- Responding to queries and providing day-to-day workforce support
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
