Personal Assistant to Senior Executives – Central London
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional PA to support two senior executives (and the wider team on an ad‑hoc basis).
The role is an ongoing temporary assignment with a starting salary of £24.00‑£28.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday‑Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Location: Central London. Start: Immediate.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings.
- Plan and organise national and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and documentation.
- Take and follow up on meeting minutes and action points.
- Screen calls, manage correspondence and act as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate events, meetings and internal communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive, flexible and professional approach.
- High levels of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
