  • Coordinating office operations and facilities.
  • Organising meetings, events, and catering.
  • Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • Liaising confidently with internal teams and external clients.
  • Supporting the wider business with administration and office management duties.

About You

  • Has previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Concur and Power Point.
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Is available to start immediately.
