- We are keen to hear from Solicitors with 8+ years’ PQE who have a strong background in commercial law, whether gained in private practice or an in-house environment, and who can demonstrate experience working with clients across the Life Sciences sector.
- As part of a highly respected Life Sciences team, you will work closely with an impressive and diverse client portfolio, advising innovative start-ups, fast-growing businesses, and leading global pharmaceutical and medtech companies.
- You will advise a diverse range of clients across the Life Sciences sector, including biotech and biopharma companies, vaccine and medical device businesses, diagnostics and tech-bio organisations, agricultural biotech firms, as well as universities, research institutions, charities and public sector bodies.
- You will be responsible for advising on a broad range of matters, including IP licensing and partnering arrangements, clinical trials, research collaborations, commercial agreements, regulatory issues, data protection, IP-related advisory work and transactional due diligence.
- You will bring strong technical expertise and commercial judgement, with the adaptability to manage and advise on a diverse range of complex commercial and IP matters.
