As a Crew Operative in Oxford, you will join a specialist team installing temporary roadway matting across UK sites.

This full-time position offers £14.50 per hour, with a 45-hour week from Monday to Friday.

Travel to various locations is required, involving overnight stays from Monday to Thursday; accommodation and travel costs are fully covered, plus a stay-out allowance.

Regular overtime is available at enhanced rates, boosting earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing and removing temporary roadway matting on a variety of sites
  • Loading, unloading and handling roadway mats and associated equipment
  • Working as part of a team to complete installations safely and efficiently
  • Following all health and safety procedures on site
  • Travelling to sites across the UK as required

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)
  • Willingness to work away from home Monday to Thursday when required
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work well within a team
  • Previous construction or site experience is beneficial but not essential
