A Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) is required for a full-time, hybrid remote position based in Oxfordshire. This role supports the national corporate team of a top 50 UK law firm, focusing on developing and sharing legal knowledge. Responsibilities include delivering training initiatives, monitoring legislative changes, and maintaining precedent resources. The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE and strong drafting skills. This leading firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join and support the continued growth of its highly regarded national corporate team. The role will focus on developing and sharing legal knowledge, delivering training and development initiatives, monitoring legislative and regulatory changes, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and best practice. You will play a key role in supporting the team’s ongoing development, enhancing the quality and consistency of legal services, and contributing to the firm’s reputation and client offering within the corporate sector.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification, with a strong and demonstrable background in corporate law. Experience across areas such as private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and corporate restructuring would be highly advantageous. You will be a proactive and commercially minded individual with a genuine interest in knowledge management, innovation and technology, and a desire to contribute to the continued development and delivery of high-quality legal services.
