Role Overview
Provide executive support to senior leadership and oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
Drive efficiency, maintain workplace standards, and coordinate facilities and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support - diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and preparation for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure the workplace operates efficiently, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate facilities management, office suppliers, equipment, budgets and workplace services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and maintain office standards.
- Manage office inventory and office maintenance and services, including cleaning schedules.
- Support leaders and teams by managing priorities, coordinating actions and helping projects progress effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance employee experience.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as key point of contact for support.
- Assist with cross-functional projects and business initiatives as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
About You
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Workplace Manager or Operations Coordinator.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, self motivated and solutions focused.
- Resilient and adaptable, remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences and cultures.
