Salary: £93,600 - 98,025.6 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience in aviation or defence training environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Access and other database systems
- Experience with Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
- Working-level knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Access
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Proficiency in training assurance processes
- Good understanding of DSAT (JSP822) is advantageous
- Understanding of export controls and ITAR requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external customer order requirements into a single source of data
- Liaise with Order Book and Warehouse teams to ensure all items are picked, packed, and ready to deliver
- Support the order book and PM teams in reporting delivery of orders
- Report to the PM team and customers on performance
- Attend and support recurring Supply Chain Team reviews
- Maintain the accuracy and currency of customer logistics reporting
- Support the F35 training database and ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across stakeholders
- Carry out database administration, configuration management, instructional systems design, and DSAT-related activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance with training standards and governance requirements
