The predicted salary is between 35 - 40 £ per hour.

3-month initial contract
Essential skillset:
- Proven experience in a BIM Design role within building services or fire alarm systems
- Strong proficiency in Revit for 3D BIM modelling
- Advanced AutoCAD skills for producing 2D layouts, schematics and installation drawings
- Good understanding of UK fire safety regulations
- Experience coordinating BIM models with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ability to carry out on-site surveys and translate findings into coordinated BIM models
- Experience participating in design coordination and client review meetings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality design deliverables
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills, including clash detection and design coordination
- Experience maintaining project documentation, BIM models and drawing registers
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience on large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2, Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM execution plans (BEP)
- Experience using coordination software such as Navisworks
- Understanding of fire alarm system design principles and installation practices
- Experience supporting testing, commissioning and design validation activities
