Pertemps Northampton seeks a full-time Warehouse Operative at its Brackmills distribution centre, paying Β£12.71 per hour. We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Brackmills, Northampton. The role involves working as part of a fast-paced logistics team ensuring goods are picked, moved, and prepared accurately and efficiently. You will primarily operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP), but the position will also involve manual handling and lifting of products as required.

Pay Rate: Β£12.21 per hour (up to 18:00) Β£15.21 per hour (after 18:00)

Shift Pattern 1: 06:00 – 14:00, Sunday to Thursday

Shift Pattern 2: 10:00 to 18:00, Thursday to Monday

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate LLOP equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Pick and move stock according to order requirements.
  • Load and unload goods within the warehouse environment.
  • Maintain accuracy in order picking and stock handling.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience operating an LLOP
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
