As a Home Removals Technician based in Northampton, you will be the hands-on professional ensuring customers’ possessions are handled with care and moved without disruption.
This permanent, full-time position involves loading, transporting, and unloading belongings while delivering a courteous, seamless service.
You will work 40 hours weekly, typically 07:30–16:30 on a Monday-to-Sunday rota, with overtime paid after 40 hours.

- Work to agreed schedules and ensure service expectations are met
- Support and guide team members where required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will
- Have excellent spoken English and be both literate and numerate
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Take great care when handling customers’ possessions
- Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
You will ideally also have
- Experience delivering high-quality customer service
- The ability to work from plans/drawings and instruct others accordingly
- A clear understanding of company standards relating to discipline, workmanship, and safety (including accident reporting)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and experience conducting risk assessments
- Experience in office or commercial removals (desirable but not essential)
