The Kitchen Manager will lead the daily kitchen operation at an established Italian wine bar in Northallerton, taking full ownership of food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. This permanent role offers a salary of £33,000 to £38,000 per annum depending on experience, with tronc on top.

You will manage a small, close-knit team of three to four, overseeing stock control, orders, deliveries, and wastage in line with company procedures.
