Pertemps Newcastle is looking for a Resident Manager to oversee student accommodation in Durham on a full-time temporary basis. The role covers 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
The site requires strong landlord-tenant relations and a proactive approach to maintenance and compliance. You will handle payments, keep CRM records up to date, coordinate repairs, and ensure Health and Safety standards are met, reporting to the General Manager.
