- Management of site teams to deliver works safely, on time, and to spec
- Strong knowledge of HV construction, installation, and commissioning activities
- Control of site safety, RAMS, permits, and method statements
- Site inspections, quality checks, and defect resolution
- Client and stakeholder liaison during project delivery
- Delivery of CDM requirements and construction safety compliance
- Experience managing statutory documentation and site records
- IOSH / NEBOSH / SMSTS (or equivalent)
