The Family & Matrimonial Paralegal position in Newport offers a full-time role with a salary between £30,000 and £50,000, depending on experience.

It is available in Pontypool or Newport, Monday to Friday, full time.

Our client is looking for a proactive Family & Matrimonial Paralegal to support their growing Family Team.

You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors on a varied caseload covering divorce, finances and children matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Family law support across divorce, financial and children matters
  • Drafting documents including court forms, statements and correspondence
  • Preparing bundles and assisting with court work
  • Managing files and accurate time recording
  • Client communication with clients, counsel and third parties
  • Legal research and general support for fee earners
