NQ Defendant EL/PL Solicitor – Birmingham – National Law Firm
A newly qualified Defendant EL/PL lawyer is sought by a national law firm to join its Birmingham casualty team. This full-time, hybrid remote position offers a salary between £42,500 and £45,000 per annum. You will manage a varied caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims for insurers, self-insured bodies, and corporate clients.
The role provides structured supervision and exposure to quality work, supporting your long-term development within defendant personal injury litigation.

Working as part of a highly regarded casualty team, you'll handle a varied caseload of defendant Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of major insurers, self-insured organisations and household-name corporate clients.
