Job Summary
As a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver in Newbury, you will handle multi-drop deliveries of fuel to farms and commercial sites, representing our client with professional, safe service. This temporary role offers a guaranteed 42.5-hour week with shifts starting around 6am, paying £17.70 per hour, rising to £26.55 for overtime and all weekend work. You will also receive a performance bonus of up to £1000 every six months, along with 28 days of annual holiday that increases with tenure.

Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service.

- Multi-drop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial premises.
Requirements
- Valid Cat C driving licence.
- Digi card.
- DCPC card.
- ADR licence in class 2 in tanks.
- Familiarity with driver’s hours legislation and tachographs.
- Successful candidates require a DBS check.
Details
New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply. The role is due to start in September and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant). For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
