Overview
Hand Palletising Operator (temporary contract, minimum 6 weeks) based in Newbridge, joining a leading food manufacturer at its modern automated site near Crumlin.
Pay ranges from £13.50 to £18.79 per hour.
Flexible shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Hand palletise products according to specifications.
- Inspect product quality before palletising.
- Follow health & safety standards.
- Assist with general production duties.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Pack finished products at the end of the line, prepare and complete paperwork.
- Communicate issues as they arise.
- Follow company and client procedures.
- Train, coach, and mentor other team members as required.
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by supervisor or manager.
- Understand and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy Statement.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Detail‑oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision.
