JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Schools Compliance Officer to lead a compliance project across London and the South of England.
The role reports to the Group Head of People and involves auditing current practices, advising school leaders and improving processes.
You will conduct SCR audits, ensure right-to-work compliance, deliver training for multi-site teams and travel across Southern England and the South Midlands.
This is a 6‑month fixed-term contract with pro‑rated salary.
