The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and resilient Transport Coordinator to join our busy transport operation on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transport or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is confident communicating with drivers, and can remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.

Full training will be provided, with additional responsibilities introduced as you settle into the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing transport-related emails.
- Managing Tachomaster reports and addressing driver infringements.
- Completing Northern Ireland dispatch requirements, including raising Dangerous Goods Notes where required.
- Producing trunking manifests and outloads in line with departure schedules.
- Producing radial driver manifests and dispatching routes to meet service deadlines.
- Planning oversized deliveries and arranging courier collections.
- Participating in evening network calls.
- Conducting operational walkarounds.
- Maintaining and updating driver planners.
- Supporting the wider transport operation with additional administrative and planning duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Previous experience within a transport, logistics, distribution or fleet operation.
- Experience dealing directly with drivers and operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure.

- Competent IT skills and experience using transport-related systems.
