As a Transport Clerk (Nights) based in Milton Keynes, you will manage the pre-briefing and de-briefing of drivers during their shifts.
This full-time role, paying £14.50 per hour, operates Monday to Friday from 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Key Responsibilities
- Pre-brief and de-brief drivers at the start and end of their shifts
- Support the transport team with daily administrative duties
- Process and maintain transport, delivery and POD documentation
- Monitor vehicle movements and delivery schedules
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams and customers where required
- Update internal transport management systems accurately
- Investigate and escalate delivery issues, delays or driver queries
- Ensure all compliance records are maintained correctly
- Produce reports and complete general transport administration
- Carry out other transport office duties as required to support the operation
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a transport, logistics or distribution environment is desirable
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships with drivers and colleagues
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy transport office
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently on night shifts
