Working for RGB on a global manufacturer's behalf, the successful engineer maintains commercial and industrial cooling plant, including chillers, across client sites.
Duties involve fault finding, planned maintenance, repairs and commissioning.

Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer Up to £24 per hour + Door-to-Door Travel (1.5x Overtime)

The Role
You will be part of a dedicated commercial and industrial refrigeration division, supporting key clients within the food production and distribution sectors.
Day-to-day, you will be working across fully operational production environments, focusing on:
- Industrial refrigeration systems
- Glycol chillers
- Service, maintenance, and fault finding
- Supporting large-scale plant operations
- Ammonia project and service works
- with additional training provided
The business is also keen to support career progression and is open to experienced commercial refrigeration engineers looking to move into industrial.
You will be covering East and West Midlands, Lincolnshire, and Yorkshire on a mobile basis.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven refrigeration service and maintenance experience
- F-Gas Certification (Cand G 2079)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A willingness to develop within industrial refrigeration (if not already experienced)
Salary and Benefits Package
- £24 per hour (based on a 40-hour week)
- Door-to-door travel all paid at 1.5x overtime rate
