A sensible approach to working hours
The standard hours are 8am-5pm , but this isn't a role where you're expected to remain on site until 5pm simply because that's written on the contract. Depending on your work area and workload, engineers will generally finish on site around 3pm-4pm and then travel home. The business takes a practical approach to travel and understands that good engineers shouldn't be kept on site unnecessarily.

- Commercial heating and hot water systems
- Boilers, pumps and pressurisation systems

A good understanding of SFG20, manufacturer requirements, British Standards, RAMS, permit-to-work procedures and health & safety legislation is expected. Experience with plant replacement, refurbishment, pricing remedial works or coordinating subcontractors would be advantageous.
