A Marketing Coordinator is required for a permanent, full-time position with a market-leading business in the turf and amenity sector, based in Henstridge (BA8). The company supplies products and services to elite football clubs, golf courses, racecourses, and major sporting venues across the UK and Ireland. This role involves supporting marketing activities to maintain the firm's technical reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating campaigns, managing digital content, and assisting with trade events.
- Create and manage marketing content across digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and CRM platforms.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, including copy, graphics, video content, and campaign communications.
- Maintain content calendars and support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and deliver events, exhibitions, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide marketing support to sales teams through the creation of collateral, campaign coordination, product communications, and distributor marketing initiatives.
- Support product launches and brand marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across all channels.
- Manage marketing assets, promotional materials, supplier relationships, and operational processes to ensure the effective delivery of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and global marketing teams to align and execute local and international marketing strategies.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field (e.g. CIM, diploma, certificate), or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, and events.
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, can-do mindset with a willingness to support a broad range of marketing activity.
- Able to attend/travel to events, trade shows and marketing meetings.
Desirable:
- Experience in B2B marketing environments.
- Exposure to turf, landscape or related technical sectors.
