As a Warehouse Operative/Bendi FLT Driver in Market Drayton, you will join a busy logistics team on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent contract paying £13 per hour.

Your primary duty involves safely operating a Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck to load and unload containers and delivery vehicles.

You will also put stock into racking locations, pick and pack customer orders accurately, book goods in against paperwork, and perform stock replenishment tasks.

Warehouse Operative/Bendi FLT Driver

Location: Market Drayton Our client based in Market Drayton is looking for a full time, temporary to permanent reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck licence to join our busy warehouse team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in all aspects of the warehouse operation, helping to ensure customer orders are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

You will be operating a Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck safely and efficiently, loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles, putting stock away into racking locations, picking and packing customer orders accurately, booking goods in and checking deliveries against paperwork and carrying out stock replenishment and stock checks.

In addition, you will be preparing orders for dispatch using a range of courier and pallet networks, maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse, following all Health & Safety procedures and supporting the wider warehouse team as required.

  • Valid Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck licence.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Good level of physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience unloading shipping containers.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
