The Manufacturing Process Lead role in Beoley involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including processing and stock management, while supporting wider site functions.
This full-time position offers a salary between £30,000 and £32,000 per annum.
Working Monday to Friday on a rotating weekly shift pattern of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.
The company is a leading supplier of raw materials for the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics sectors.
The role is based in Redditch, which is commutable from Bromsgrove, Birmingham, Droitwich, Solihull, Worcester, Alcester, Stratford upon Avon, Kidderminster and Dudley.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production processes implementing the correct regulatory framework
- Manage stock levels in conjunction with BSC
- Assist with cleaning activities to maintain a high standard of food, GMP and warehouse hygiene
- Write and review procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
- Support all process activities
- Assist in production planning to ensure client needs are maintained
- Check and amend any records to ensure right‑first‑time compliance
- Produce weekly and monthly stock reports relating to processing activities
- Facilitate stock audits
- Ensure all packing is available and reorder consumables
- Arrange transport for finished goods including delivery and consumables
- Maintain standards of quality management systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Previously worked in a process change role within a manufacturing or production environment
- COSHH knowledge and risk assessment experience
- Manufacturing experience to BRC, GMP or similar industry standards
- Knowledge of Word & Excel
- Ability to follow instructions and a high attention to detail
- A FLT licence would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Knowledge of handling chemicals as well as qualification in IATA & ADR regulations would be an advantage
