- Identify and manage transition risks, issues and dependencies.
- Lead Go-Live Readiness and Acceptance into Service checkpoints.
- Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer and support arrangements are in place.
- Help improve and mature Service Transition processes and governance.
Requirements
- Strong, proven Service Transition experience - not purely BAU Service Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional IT transitions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM environments.
- ITIL Foundation required; Practitioner or higher desirable.
- Experience of managed service implementations would be highly beneficial.
- A pragmatic, collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge and improve.
