Rapier Employment is seeking a Class 2 Driver for a full-time, ongoing contract position based in Maidstone. This role offers a pay rate of £18.38 per hour, rising to £27.56 per hour after 48 hours, with weekly PAYE payments and overtime available. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply. Immediate starts are available for suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer pre‑calls
- Obtain proof of delivery
- Ensure safe unloading of goods
- Complete multi‑drop deliveries to customers
- Provide a high level of customer service at every stop
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and safely
Shift Pattern
- Flexible shift patterns available
- Weekend work may be required
- Not a standard Monday–Friday role – flexibility is essential
