Machine Operative - Pultrusion

Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking a Machine Operative for BASTECH at Lancaster Business Park in Wing, Leighton Buzzard, offering £13.00 per hour on a full time, temporary basis with potential for permanency.

This hands on role involves operating and monitoring the pultrusion production line, managing the roving rack, and mixing resin to support continuous output.

You will ensure products are manufactured safely to required standards while completing production documentation.

The Role

  • Operating and monitoring the pultrusion production line
  • Supporting the day to day running of the pultrusion machine process
  • Mixing resin as required
  • Managing the roving rack to support continuous production

  • Using hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Carrying out general housekeeping and keeping the work area clean and tidy
