Overview
Inbound Sales Advisor – Mobiles based in Loughborough.
You will handle incoming calls from customers seeking upgrade options for their mobile services.
The goal is to convert interactions into sales by applying effective listening and questioning techniques, exploring caller requirements, proposing suitable products, and identifying upsell opportunities.
A two-week training period is provided to develop product knowledge.
This is a full-time role with a base rate of £12.77 per hour plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking upgrade options for their mobile services.
- Explore customer needs and offer suitable products and services.
- Propose the benefits of products or services and highlight upselling opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of current promotions.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs such as sales volume and call conversion.
- Work with the portfolio of deals available to customers.
- Hours and Training
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Confident communicator capable of handling inbound calls and delivering upgrade services for mobile products.
- Excellent communication and people skills; resilient and tenacious with attention to detail.

- Desirable: previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
Compensation
- Base rate of £12.77 per hour with additional commission earnings.
- Commission paid on top of base salary.
