Position
Pertemps Loughborough Commercial is recruiting an Inbound Sales Advisor in Loughborough on a temp-to-permanent, full-time basis.
Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts Monday‑Friday between 08:00 and 20:00, with one weekend shift every fortnight (09:00–17:30).
Start Date: Monday, 13th July 2026. Salary: £12.77 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the website.
- Effectively pitching the benefits of products and services to customers.
- Guiding the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are fully informed.
- Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
- Delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Dealing with credit payments and setting up credit plans.
Qualifications
- Confident communicator with strong people skills.
- Driven with a desire to consistently exceed sales targets.
- IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently.
- Passion for technology.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Passion for putting customers first and creating customers for life.
- Previous sales experience desirable.
