Inbound Call Advisor in Loughborough

Overview

The Inbound Call Advisor based in Loughborough supports a mobile services provider by handling incoming customer enquiries. This full‑time role is paid £14.50 per hour and provides two weeks of training.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
• Explore customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Build rapport, provide accurate product information
• Convert enquiries into sales to meet individual and team targets
• Process orders, payments and account updates
• Propose the benefits of products or services and identify upselling opportunities
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and awareness of current promotions
• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs such as volume, call conversion and additional product sales
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system(s)
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a target‑driven or contact‑centre environment preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills, confident public speaking
• Strong listening, problem‑solving and relationship‑building abilities
• Resilient, tenacious and able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail, organisational and learning mindset
• Desire to exceed KPI targets and achieve sales objectives
• Knowledge of inbound sales or experience working towards performance targets (desirable)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 09:00‑17:30 and Saturday 09:00‑17:30.
