Responsibilities
- Taking incoming calls from drivers, assisting with queries and arranging deliveries.
- Despatching orders to customers through optimum use of the driver network.
- Making outgoing calls to customers to inform them of any delivery changes and re-routing drivers to deal with urgent orders.
Requirements
- Good telephone manner.
- Experience completing general admin duties.
- Computer literate.
- Customer service or transport experience beneficial.
- Geographical knowledge beneficial however not essential.
- Ability to think on feet and be pro-active.
- Successful candidates require a DBS check.

- Temporary basis through Manpower UK.
- Position is an immediate start, runs through until 31st March 2027 with the potential of temp to perm.
