We are looking for three highly organised and commercially minded individuals to join our growing team in either a Sales Manager or Sales Support capacity. These roles are critical in supporting our Business Development Directors and Managing Directors, ensuring that opportunities are effectively managed and progressed through the sales funnel.
The Role
You will play a key role in converting initial introductions and leads into qualified opportunities, helping to drive revenue growth while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, enjoys ownership of their work, and takes pride in seeing tasks through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress inbound and outbound leads through the sales funnel
- Support senior leadership in nurturing and developing client relationships
- Prepare high‑quality proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Track and update CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and communications with prospective clients
- Ensure all opportunities are followed through to conclusion
