Overview

The Regional Manager will oversee a portfolio of stores across West and North West London for a successful multi-site business.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £65,000 per annum plus a £5,000 bonus, car allowance, and mileage.

You will hold full responsibility for regional sales, costs, profitability, and the P&L, reporting monthly to senior leadership.

Key duties include recruiting, coaching, and developing Store Managers to maximise performance, while supporting teams to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial results.

Developing and implementing operational strategies is also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for regional sales, costs, profitability and overall performance.
  • Ownership of the regional P&L, reporting monthly to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, coach and develop Store Managers to maximise performance.
  • Support store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial results.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth across the region.
  • Conduct regular store visits, ensuring high standards of operation, presentation and compliance.
  • Analyse performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Manage the regional budget and ensure effective cost control.
  • Work closely with HR to build a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and health & safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Regional or Multi-Site Management role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Track record of delivering sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
