We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join the in-house construction and maintenance team at a large industrial manufacturing site in Glascoed.

This is a hands-on role carrying out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance works across a busy site, including roofing repairs, concrete works, flooring installations, masonry repairs, suspended ceilings, decorating, and general fabric maintenance.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in a Building-related trade or equivalent
  • Experience in general building maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to read technical drawings and solve practical problems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Joinery/workshop experience desirable
  • CSCS, Abrasive Wheels and Forklift qualifications advantageous
