As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPMs, fault finding, repairs and general electrical maintenance across a portfolio of luxury residential and retail properties. The role will involve working directly within prestigious homes, so a professional manner, strong communication skills and a high standard of workmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carring out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs.
- Fault finding and diagnostics across domestic electrical systems.
- Maintenance and repair of lighting systems, power circuits and electrical accessories.
- Testing and inspection of electrical installations.
- Carring out remedial works and identifying potential electrical faults.
- Maintenance of distribution boards, consumer units and associated electrical equipment.
