This permanent, full-time HR Manager position based in Purley offers a salary between £50,000 and £55,000, dependent on experience.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, the role delivers robust HR, compliance, payroll, and recruitment support to the senior leadership team.

Initially operational, the post will become more strategic as the organisation expands.

Significant compliance around safer recruitment is central, requiring relevant experience or a strong interest.

You will maintain and update processes in line with government policy, with peer support from a wider group HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust HR, compliance, payroll, and recruitment support to the senior leadership team.
  • Maintain and update processes and procedures in line with government policy and compliance.

  • Flex between responsibilities and manage workload fluctuations.
