About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the coordination and delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of 57 retail stores.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to manage contractors, schedules, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related queries from 57 store locations.
- Coordinate and schedule reactive and planned maintenance works across all branches.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange works, obtain quotations, and negotiate costings.
- Monitor the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring works are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Prioritise and manage multiple requests efficiently within agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, quotations, contractor activity, and completed works.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Support the management of facilities budgets by reviewing quotations and ensuring value for money.
- Assist with contractor performance management and compliance requirements.
- Resolve facilities issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, ideally in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Experience using CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems is highly desirable.
- Strong experience scheduling maintenance or facilities works across multiple sites.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident managing contractors, quotations, and supplier relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
