The Company : Due to significant growth, my client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients.

Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 & 2.

Job Purpose

Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 & 2 carrying out the following works :

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnostics on all building services.
  • Installing electrical wiring and lighting etc.
  • Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
  • Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified.
  • Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
  • Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.

Qualifications electrical NVQ/City and guilds & 18th edition

PACKAGE : £43/48k basic salary ( dependant on exp and quals) Travel Card supplied. Company-provided mobile phone, tablet, and necessary tools Pension scheme
