The Hospitality/Retail Supervisor – Llanelli role is a permanent position with Berkeley Scott, based at a busy visitor attraction in Llanelli. This supervisory position involves leading a team across admissions, retail, and catering operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily trading, drive sales to meet KPIs, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day trading operation
- Lead, motivate and support the team
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Maintain high standards across retail, catering and admissions
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety procedures
Qualifications:
