The Role
Manage a small project, or a part of a larger, more complex project, (such as a particular work package), or will support a Project Manager or Head of Project with aspects of managing a larger project. Help with P3 integration ensuring the project management processes and activities employed on the P3 are defined, unified and coordinated to achieve the project outcomes including analysis to facilitate the PM leadership in making direction changes. The role may be that of a Control.
